General Description

As a Quality Coordinator you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Qualityand World Class Enterprise Management Systems.

You will provide guidance to theorganization and support the QA process of new products, processes, software, equipmentand raw material from pre-

qualification and tender requests to project andoperational quality plans.

You will manage change through high performance teams,Structured Problem Solving techniques, management corrective and preventiveactions supported on APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Six Sigma, ISO Standards, define KPIaligned to business and customer needs, focused on a win-

win balance to meetthe needs of both parties.

A week in the lifeof a Quality Coordinator :

  • Lead the analysis of customer complaints closingeffective actions to correct root causes and prevent recurrence
  • Assure that all the changes related to transfersand validation of new products, processes, software, equipment and raw materialcomply with internal / external requirements and quality / cost objectives.
  • Supervise the execution and analysis of areliability program that assures the consistency of the quality of the product.
  • Assure that the raw materials are compliant interms of quality requirements
  • Lead action plan in order to achieve the objectivesin terms of Quality : Number of customer complaints, Cycle Time of analysisrequests, CONQ, FCD, CRD.
  • Develops and implements Quality managementssystems, processes, and procedures that improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • Report to Top Management, theperformance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement.
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirementin terms of Quality throughout the Organization.
  • Lead Lean-Sigma site strategy by including theidentification of not added value activities and eliminate them.
  • Lead the quality management culture deployment onsite by training on Quality and World Class, to develop attitudes and aptitudeson the teams, to improve business performance.
  • Manage improvement of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage external audits (with customers orcertification entities ISO, VISA, MC, etc.).
  • Six Sigma projects development, to headmultidisciplinary teams, to solve complex issues on the business process.
  • Data and statistics analysis for decision makingand problem solving.
  • Improvement projects management
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • You must have at least 5 years’ experience onmanufacturing environment, operations and production process.
  • You must have knowledge of Total quality management(TQM), Advance Quality Planning, Quality Engineer, Quality Systems, leadingprojects about improvement continue, Customer Services focuses on Quality andbe familiar with ISO 9001, World Class, Improvement projects management and SixSigma.
  • You must have experience managing operative andadministrative staff and interacting with people from different cultures
  • You must have strong skills on data and statisticsanalysis for decision making and problem solving.
  • You must be fluent in Italian and English.

  • You need to have a Degree in Engineering, ManufacturingTechnology, Industrial Processes, Quality or related.
