JOB DESCRIPTION

The global Champion business has strong momentum and it is strengthening its worldwide organization, looking for talents that work collaboratively across geography and functions worldwide.

Based in our headquarter offices in Carpi, Modena (Italy) we’re looking for a Project Manager HR Reporting and HRBP HQ and EMEA Branches the role will have a primary focus on driving company agenda on HR Reporting and Analytics plus driving international projects in these areas line with Corporate demands and objectives.

Additionally the role will be supporting the population at the HQ and in the Commercial European Branches working closely with our Employees, Business leaders and HR team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Manager HR Reporting role :

  • Drive the set-up of a managerial HC Dashboard working on the Analytics;
  • Organize and ensure data collection and systems to generate timely, accurate and effective Reporting on key HR Analytics (headcount, labour cost;
  • turnover, staffing etc.);
  • In accordance to Corporate HR Strategy, Plans and Agenda, lead international HR Projects (i.e. HCM) for Champion Europe and European branches;
  • Maintain tight relations and create partnerships with the HR Centers of Excellence and Global HR Partners worldwide , interfacing at all levels of the Organization;
  • Drive compliance processes by developing, executing and maintaining related critical processes such as Global Ethics and Compliance, GDPR and related topics;
  • HRBP HQ and European Branches role :

  • Speak business language and understand business goals to provide critical inputs and to build long-term, trusting relationships with the Leadership Team, Colleagues and HR Team ;
  • Ensure that HR plans, strategies and policies are timely executed, cost effective, efficient and in accordance with the Champion growth goals;
  • Support the design and implementation of strategic initiatives within the HR area, focusing on change management, leadership, people engagement and transformational initiatives;
  • Promote Employer Branding actions by effectively demonstrate best practices, brand awareness and a positive image of Champion Europe.
  • Requisiti

    JOB REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in working with HR Reporting and Analytics projects and activities at international level (must have!
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated experience as HRBP in structured and international companies will be considered a plus
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or numerical / statistical disciplines ( applicants with degree in other disciplines will not be considered for this selection process )
  • Has excellent IT , budgeting and report writing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Process design / re-engineering expertise
  • Statistics and data analysis

  • Ideal candidates has residence / domicile in Modena or is available to transfer.
