Mission of the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and relational-oriented professional with excellent sell-in competences for our client, a multinational, premium brand company in its sector.

  • Achieve sales, profitability (EBIT) and Cash Flow targets of the area managed
  • Implement commercial plans in accordance with segment commercial strategy
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Increase customers satisfaction
  • Develop the brand of the client locally
  • Contribute and favorite a solid growth of our partners
  • Collect market feedback and prospective
  • Key Role Responsibilities


  • Accountable to the client cultural and business model inside the area assigned and managed
  • Accountable to the application of the sales method in the area assigned and managed
  • Accountable to implement the 7 steps strategy for the KA of the area listed and identified properly
  • Secondarily

  • To coordinate external partners in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales network
  • To support external partners during special deals closing
  • To guarantee sales force of the external partners training and skills development
  • To guarantee adequate market feedback on the Business Segment trends
  • To guarantee implementation of the company policies and procedures compliant to Corporate Governance
  • To prepare action plans by external partners for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • To conduct one-to-one business review with all external partners managed
  • To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
  • To provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing view in the area assigned and managed
  • To assist external partners in preparation of key proposals and presentations
  • To control expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Solid knowledge of African market and region
  • At least 7 years of experience in similar role
  • Experince in dealing with distributors network / dealers
  • Sales network management and organization
  • Knowledge of sales techniques
  • Long-term customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of segment (Club, H&R, HC&P) features, trends and systems
  • Sales operations : scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management
  • Passion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile
