Mission of the Role
To guarantee the proper project management and roll-out at international level of all IT Projects related to Order to Cash (OTC) process (exemple : SAP, CPQ, Customer Portal and others)
To guarantee that system configuration fulfill the business process requirements and assure a "seamless" Customer Experience
To be the Key User of the OTC process, providing the adeguate training to the team internationally and managing the "first level of support" in terms of System Maintenance and evolution
Assure the proper structuring, update and diffusion of Customer Service Standard Operative Procedes (system compliant)
Key Role Responsibilities
Project management for all the assigned Projects related to OTC Process
Support the area to identify the proper technical solutions to enable a lean, efficient, robust and auditable processes OTC Process;
Continuous improvement, testing and roll out of new system features (SAP, CPQ), in order to gain in terms of efficiency and cost reduction in adopting new digital solution
As Owner of the OTC Maintenance Support, She / He will assure a fast, effective and efficient "First Level of Support" to all branches already for the "Maintenance Support", closing the loop to IT in order to assure a proper solution of all system or process misallignement.
In coordination with SAP Analyst (coordinated by him / her in the day by day)
Key user of all OTC IT solution, assuring training and follow-up of the entire Customer Service & Logistic Team worldwid
Fluent in english
Advanced used of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint in particular)
Advanced knowledge of SAP S / 4 Hana solution (Order to Cash Module called "SD")
Business Acumen and analytical skills
Strong organizational capability (able to organize his / her work and others)
Attention to details
Standing and capability to liase with the Top Manager of the Company in different countries
Availability to travel frequently abroad, (>
30% of working days) to properly fulfill the role
Passion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile
