The position is offered due to the significant growth of our Test Factories serving the delivery of end-to-end Credit Solutions and IT Services in the Lending Industry (e.
g. Credit Bureau and Business Information) and due to the startup of IT Analysis Hub that helps the former delivery units in performing Business Analysis.
Our Head Quarter maintains the supervision and control of all our Test Factories located in Italy, Slovakia and India, and of IT Analysis Hub located in India.
The work location is Bologna with availability to travel occasionally.
The main activities consist in in working in team with the ITS Test Factory and Analysis Hub Manager in supervising testing and analysis activities assigned to Test Factories and IT Analysis Hub.
Moreover, this position collaborates in defining and improving company standards, processes, tools, metrics and methodologies for application management and service and infrastructure management.
Position includes the opportunity of a continuous training program to be up-to-date with utmost trends and technologies in Testing, Business Analysis, Software Development Projects, Processes and Tools, taking part in training classes, events and knowledge sharing.
This position may also direct the work of less experienced colleagues.
Role core responsibilities
Monitor and control test projects, define test plans, monitor and control test execution, review test plans, occasionally review test automation deliverables,
Supervise activities of IT Business Analysts engaged in projects.
Undertake test projects requiring outstanding knowledge on testing methodologies. Our team values direct observation and training on the job to be able to contribute effectively in the improvement of processes and tools.
Identify, recommend and implement changes to methodologies, processes and tools to enhance the effectiveness of corporate test strategies.
Interact with internal customers in order to provide problem resolution and collaborates in managing product / service delivery against negotiated quality goals.
Analyze feedback from internal customers regularly to identify their needs, clarify expectations and understand their definitions of quality.
Provide on-the-job training and advice on tasks for assigned team and acts as a teacher in internal trainings.
Keep him / herself constantly up-to-date thanks to constant self-training and ability to search for information and share knowledge with colleagues.
Thanks to this, he / she enhances quality innovation on projects.
Collaborate with Process Engineering Group in defining and improving company standards, processes, tools, metrics and methodologies for application management and service and infrastructure management.
This position is typically operating under general direction with regular decision-making.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in scientific disciplines, computer science or information systems, or related discipline, or an equivalent education, or demonstrated experience in quality assurance.
3-5 years of experience in test management of IT projects following any of the most used project methodologies.
Incumbent must possess demonstrated skills and deep knowledge on test management.
Incumbent must have had an experience as business analyst.
Incumbent must possess knowledge in Software Development lifecycle and Service & Infrastructure management.
Incumbent must be aware of cultural differences and must have been significantly exposed to international cultures during his / her work life.
Incumbent must have at least a B2 English Level according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
