As a part of the HR International Team, the HR Generalist will support end to end the internal customers in the HR activities.
He / She will be the main point of contact of the Italian HR Director and indirectly to the EMEA HQ for delivering corporate HR projects in the country.
Main Activities :
Recruitment & Hiring :
Management of recruitment process for different profiles (professionals, staff and blue collars) and of the internal mobility strategies
Talent & Development :
SuccessFactors : main point of contact for employees / managers using tools related to Performance & Development Management.
Support the HR Director in coaching young talent, identifying and implementing development plans to support professional development and performance improvement
HR employees’ data maintenance :
Support Payroll in documentation and administration
Skills and Experience Requirements :
University Degree in Law, Business administration, Phycology
5 years of HR experience in structural companies in the industrial sector
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Availability to travel
Knowledge of SAP HR (plus)
