Here's how this role will help :

  • Manage the demand plan process in strict coordination with Commercial Department, Marketing and Business Intelligence and collaborating with Regional Hub and Plants;
  • Generate and analyze statistic forecast;
  • Use and maintain APS tool guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity;
  • Monitor local inventory stocking levels and promptly communicate in case of excess / out of stock;
  • Ensure the supply continuity and availability of products in order to guarantee customer’s order management; optimize the flow in accordance with the inventory target and with the accuaracy of sales previsions;
  • Manage all activities about reporting and KPIs for the function.
  • We offer a fixed term contract for maternity leave substitution.

    Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position :

  • Master degree in Management Engineering or Equivalent;
  • Minimum of 5 years in same role as Demand Planner in Supply Chain in Pharmaceutical multinational Company is a Mandatory requirement;
  • Must possess following skills : accuracy, good communication / relationship skill, problem solving, planning and organization, result orientation;
  • Excellent knowledge of Office suite and a good SAP knowledge would be an asset;
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
