Job Profile

The Customer Service Assistant will act as a contact point for the client in assisting during online purchasing and providing advice during the delivery process.

Main objective is to provide high quality service and support to our clients; this will consist in back-office sales activities, tracking online payments, supporting on refunds and packaging.

The Customer Service Assistant reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer and manage support tickets incoming via phone or email
  • Understand the issue and provide the answer following policies and guidelines or further investigate liaising with the business reference
  • Assist the customer during the online purchase providing advice on products and / or purchasing procedures
  • Check online payments and refunding
  • Coordinate and assure packaging is complaint to company standards
  • Candidate criteria

    Minimum Level of Education Required

    04 - Bachelor's Degree

    Minimum Level of Experience Required


    English (C2 - Native or Bilingual Proficiency)
