The Customer Service Assistant will act as a contact point for the client in assisting during online purchasing and providing advice during the delivery process.
Main objective is to provide high quality service and support to our clients; this will consist in back-office sales activities, tracking online payments, supporting on refunds and packaging.
The Customer Service Assistant reports to the Customer Service Manager.
