MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will incorporate providing secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners in the relevant team with effective and high quality secretarial support that appropriately meets their requirements.

Your remit will include :

  • Organising meetings, booking facilities, coordinating attendees and preparing documents
  • Organising travel arrangements and preparation of key documents
  • Producing documents and management of the document process
  • File management and archiving
  • Managing the billing process using relevant software
  • Supporting the completion of financial reports
  • Maintaining the Interaction contact management system
  • Assisting on ad-hoc projects
  • SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

    This role requires that you have experience of working in an administrative capacity with :

  • Experience in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality outcomes under time pressure
  • Proven ability to proactively build strong relationships and apply a collaborative approach
  • Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written.
