Role Summary :
The Module design Lead engineer, reporting to the Mechanical Transmission Design Manager is expected to follow the whole NPI process from concept design to product detailed definition and certification.
He / she utilizes experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to affect short-
term and long term business goals.
Essential Responsibilities :
Qualifications / Requirements :
Master Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering from an accredited university or high school technical diploma with relevant work experience
Consistent experience in Mechanical Design
English and Italian language knowledge, both written and oral
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Clear thinking and inclusiveness proven capabilities
Leadership in communicating business goals, program and processes
Knowledge of CAD design tools (preferable NX & Teamcenter)
EU Work Permit
Desired Characteristics :
Capable to work in multicultural environment, preferable previous international experience
Knowledge of gearbox technical requirements, design solutions, technologies
Knowledge of New Product Introduction process based on a previous experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Determination, orientation to results and passion for mechanic design
