We are increasing the technical team of our System Engineering department and we are looking for smart, flexible and engaged people for several technical roles.

We are selecting one Middle Analyst, who will perform Functional Safety activities in railway / automotive / aerospace industry.
Main tasks responsibilities :
Independently carry out Hazard / Risk analysis, Technical Safety reports and Safety Case for equipment and systemsin railway industry mainly;
Carry out (safety) Requirements Management and Verification activities;
Apply safety assurance methodologies (e.g. Risk Acceptance Criteria, Hazard Log Management);
Be the technical reference for the customer;
Train junior team members;
Be trained by NIER personnel about specific domain knowledge and System Engineering applications.
Master's Degree in engineering (preferably Electronic, Electric, Nuclear or similar);
Experience in RAMS engineering for safety-related industry, preferably railway / automotive / aerospace;
Experience in implementing Functional Safety and Quality Assurance processes, and developing Hazard / Risk analysis and Technical Safety reports for electronic and / or electro-
mechanical equipment / systems, preferably in railway / automotive / aerospace industry;
Experience in RAMS engineering methods (e.g. FMEA / FMECA), techniques (e.g. RBD, FTA) and software tools (e.g. Isograph-
FaultTree+, ALD-RAM Commander, Reliasoft-Blocksim or similar);
Experience in writing technical / scientific documentation and reports;
Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written);
Analytical attitude and communication skills.
Added values :
Knowledge of functional safety standards (e.g. IEC61508, ISO26262, IEC61513, IEC61511, IEC62061) and CENELEC standards (EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129);
Knowledge in Railway systems and Signalling Principle;
Knowledge in programming languages (e.g. C / C++, Python) and data analysis and modelling tools (e.g. MATLAB / Simulink);
Willingness for national and international travel.
