Essential Functions :

  • Ensure all orders are accurately and promptly processed advising customers when orders have been received and actioned and notify expected delivery dates.
  • Monitor and carry out daily checks on the status of parts orders, or related tasks, liaising with all departments involved including Shipping, Warehouse , Engineering and Production Control.
  • Ensure that the customer is advised of any changes relating to their order.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and support all internal contacts.
  • Ensure any issues that cannot be resolved at first line are directed or escalated as appropriate to management
  • Supply any necessary management information and reports.
  • Prepare and develop quotations for Spare parts, Service Agreement for the customer including all appropriate research to ensure we can explain the value of the PSA.
  • Follow up with CS / FSE local team or customers to ensure the timely placement of contracts and parts / service orders.
  • Education :

  • Previous experience in customer support (+2).
  • Troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office.
  • Good verbal and written command of the English language.
  • Preferred Qualifications (nice to have) :

  • IT related skills or background.
  • Working Conditions :

  • Office based function (Parma).
